As a Groundskeeper, you will sustain the cleanliness and quality of the property by cleaning assigned areas and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Inspect and maintain the property, buildings and equipment. Ensure the grounds, buildings and units are fully functional, safe and attractive. Clean and remove all trash, obstacles and debris from the community. Maintain pool and equipment on a regular schedule. Qualifications One year experience as a Porter in property management or a similar position Knowledge of basic property cleaning and maintenance High school diploma or equivalent, preferred Valid Driver’s License Required Testing Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR Position Type Hourly Rate: $22.00 Full-time Competitive pay & benefits (including healthcare & 401k) Position Location Denver/CO; Reporting: direct to Maintenance Supervisor.
