A Brief Overview Ask your recruiter about the $6000 Sign on Bonus! Hours are 7 to 5:30 M-F. Call is Saturday 9:30 p to 7 a Sunday call is 24 rotating depending on staffing levels but you are the back up for Sundays. Get paid $3 an hour for call and then time and half when you would come in. This position will support our East Regions - Tripoint, Lake West, Portage, Ahuja and Geauga locations. Provides safe efficient age specific nursing care to patients/families using the nursing process in order to assist them to attain, maintain, regain, and sustain optimal health status.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
• Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program required, BSN preferred
• Master's Degree in Nursing (Preferred)

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Knowledge of nursing process and practice. (Required proficiency)
• Uses a wide variety of technical equipment to meet patient needs and prescribed clinical therapies (ie. stethoscopes, thermometers, sphygmomanometers and electronic monitoring devices. (Required proficiency)

Licenses and Certifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN), Ohio and/or Multi State Compact License (Required Upon Hire)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) (Required Upon Hire)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) May be required based on the clinical care standards of the unit.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) May be required based on the clinical care standards of the unit.
