Inside Sales Representative

4330 W Chandler Blvd Suite 1, Chandler, AZ 85226 $22+/HR + Commission | Full-Time | Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Emergency Air is looking for a high-energy Inside Sales Representative who knows how to sell over the phone and close opportunities. This role is heavily focused on outbound calling customers from technician recommendations, unsold estimates, and existing opportunities. If you are confident on the phones, motivated by commission, and know how to create urgency and build value with customers — this is the role for you. What You’ll Do Make outbound calls to customers regarding technician recommendations and unsold opportunities Follow up on repairs, system recommendations, memberships, and replacement opportunities Educate customers and help move them forward with scheduling and purchasing decisions Build rapport quickly and confidently overcome objections Work closely with service technicians and dispatch teams Track calls, notes, and sales activity in the system Consistently hit sales and booking goals What We’re Looking For REQUIRED: Strong phone sales experience Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily Proven ability to close sales over the phone Strong communication and customer service skills Self-motivated, competitive, and goal driven HVAC or home service industry experience is a huge plus Service Titan experience preferred What We Offer $22+/hour DOE + commission opportunities Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Full benefits package PTO and paid holidays Stable, growing company with advancement opportunities Supportive team environment with strong earning potential Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time. #J-18808-Ljbffr Emergency Air
