Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care $10,000 sign‑on bonus available for qualified applicants. Schedule: 3x12 hour shifts one week / 4x12 hour shifts the next week, Days (7a‑7p), rotating weekends. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) joining our team, you’ll embrace a vital mission dedicated to making communities healthier. How You’ll Contribute Under the direction of an RN, contributes to the assessment of patients by collecting data for analysis. Performs plan of care interventions, including specimen collection and wound care; may administer medication; documents patient care given. Assists the RN with development of the plan of care. Assists patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation. Monitors, documents, and communicates the patient’s status and reactions to interventions with the RN, physician, patient, and families. Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well‑being of the patient.
