Director of Warehouse Operations

Our client, a leading organization in pharmaceutical distribution, is seeking a Director of Warehouse Operations to join their team. As a Director of Warehouse Operations, you will be supporting strategic growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, analytical thinking, and innovative problem‑solving skills. Job Title: Director of Warehouse Operations Pay Range: $100,000 - $120,000 Shift: Flexible/rotating between the hours of 7am-7pm M-F What's the Job? Oversee and direct all warehouse operations, including forecasting, demand planning, procurement, and logistics management. Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery. Manage inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing excess and obsolete stock. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards related to warehouse and distribution activities. Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in warehouse operations management, business administration, or a related field; master’s degree is a plus. Ten or more years of warehouse operations management experience within the pharmaceutical industry. Proficiency in warehouse management software and logistics technologies. Proven success in developing and executing warehouse strategies that enhance business results. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills. What's in it for me?
