Software Engineering Leader

Responsibilities Lead and mentor software engineering teams across product, platform, infrastructure, and cloud initiatives Drive technical strategy, architecture decisions, and long-term engineering roadmaps Partner with Product, Security, Data, and Executive stakeholders to align technology investments with business goals Build scalable engineering processes focused on quality, reliability, and delivery velocity Champion modern software development practices, including CI/CD, automation, testing, and observability Support organizational growth through hiring, coaching, succession planning, and team development Establish engineering metrics and operational excellence across the organization Desired Background 8+ years of software engineering experience with progression into technical leadership Experience leading engineering teams in SaaS, cloud-native, enterprise software, or technology-driven environments Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, and modern software architectures Experience managing Engineering Managers, Staff Engineers, or senior technical leaders Demonstrated success scaling engineering organizations and delivering complex software initiatives Strong communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders Preferred Experience Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Developer Experience (DevEx) Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) DevOps and Automation AI/ML Platform Infrastructure Why Consider This Opportunity?
