Key Responsibilities Assist in the design and preparation of site development plans, including site layout, grading, utility systems, and stormwater management using AutoCAD Civil 3D. Perform engineering calculations related to stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, earthwork, and other civil design elements under the guidance of a Professional Engineer. Support the preparation of technical reports, permit applications, and regulatory documentation. Participate in field activities including site visits, construction observation, and project inspections to support project execution and gain practical experience. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including geotechnical, environmental, ecological, survey, and construction professionals. Support multiple projects simultaneously while contributing to project planning, design development, and project delivery efforts. Develop technical skills in site development design, permitting, project delivery, and client service through hands-on project experience, mentorship, and support toward professional licensure.
