Legend Seeds is seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Warehouse Operator to join our team at the Willow Lake Soybean Processing Plant. Key Responsibilities:

- Condition and package soybeans for shipping, ensuring quality and accuracy

- Handle soybeans with care to maintain product integrity

- Assist with inventory counts and recordkeeping to support efficient operations

- Collaborate with quality assurance team to verify that products meet company standards

- Maintain a safe work environment by following safety protocols and procedures

- Be on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 60 lbs regularly

- Support other warehouse duties as needed to ensure smooth plant operations

Skills and Qualifications:

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks

- Possess a CDL or have the ability to obtain

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Safety-oriented mindset with a focus on maintaining a safe work environment

- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 60 lbs regularly

- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team

- Prior experience in warehousing, agriculture, or manufacturing is a plus but not required

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, typical hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional earlier start times, evening and/or weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
