We're currently hiring Part Time and Full Time BCBA professionals.ResponsibilitiesConduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and skill assessmentsDevelop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team membersCollect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions and monitor progressProvide parent/caregiver training to promote skill generalizationMaintain accurate, timely documentation and comply with ethical and professional guidelinesCollaborate with families, schools, and other service providers to ensure coordinated careQualificationsMaster's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related fieldCurrent BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)Licensed as required by the state of Maryland and/or Washington, DCStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamJ-18808-Ljbffr
