If you want the freedom to grow at a firm that is invested in your future, keep reading.The OpportunityWe have an exciting opportunity for a Litigation Associate with at least 3-8 years of litigation experience.The Day-To-DayAs an associate in our Litigation practice, you'll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking background screening cases in collaboration with other attorneys.You Have3-8 years of general litigation experience; class action experience is a plusFair Credit Reporting Act litigation experience and/or other consumer litigation experience preferred (but not required)Stellar writing and communication skills that allow you to advocate effectively with clients and on their behalfStrong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and high emotional intelligenceThe ability to work independently and collaborativelyExcellent academic credentialsTop law firm experience, or a combination of law firm and in-house experienceFederal Clerkship experience is a plusMust be licensed in the state that you reside or have the ability to waive inTo be considered for this position, please submit a cover letter, resume, law school and undergraduate transcripts, and two writing samples.What We ProvideWe provide competitive salary and benefits at all levels. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's pay within the salary range will be based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, and business or organizational needs.
