Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds – 30 Beds with the potential to increase to 36 Number of Staff – 45 employees Type of staff: Day Shift – 1 Clinical coordinator/ 5 RN's / 2 techs / 1 unit secretary Night Shift – 5 RN's / 2 techs Patient Ratios – 1:5/ 1:6 Type of equipment – Baxter IV pumps/ Medfusion pumps/ SCD's EMR – Meditech

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. BLS Great communication skills Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. PALS certification/ able to take care of a pediatric patient Familiar with post-op orthopedic care List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Post-Op orthopedic/ post-op spine surgical patientsàPost op care Podiatry patients Best personality Fit: Team player with positive attitude Strong patient advocate
