Supply Chain Specialist
A leading provider of hydraulic couplings and valves is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to manage inventory and ensure product availability for customer orders. This role requires a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of inventory management.
With approximately $2.5 million in inventory, this company strategically manages stock to support its growing business. Its products are well-known and respected across the industry.
The company’s OEM partners provide scheduled orders, while distribution partners place orders based on real-time demand and historical trends. Business is currently up 15% this year, creating the need for a supply chain expert to optimize inventory and maintain efficiency.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary plus a monthly commission based on a percentage of gross profit (typically an additional $8K–$10K per year).
- 100% employer-paid medical coverage for employees and their families.
- HSA program with employer contributions of up to $8,500 per year (funds roll over—no "use it or lose it").
