Position Ryder is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver in Oklahoma City, OK. The role offers weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a rewarding driving career. Compensation Driver Positions Pay: weekly Solo Miles Pay: $0.62–$1.365 per mile (average $0.67) Stop Pay: $25.50 per stop (2–4 stops daily) Backhaul Pay: $29.50 per backhaul Paid Training Schedule: 7 days a week operation – 2 days off Start Time: 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM Job Requirements Minimum age 21 Valid Class A CDL with appropriate endorsements Pass Ryder Drug Test, Background Check, DOT Physical, and Road Test Experience: 9 months in the past 3 years or 2 years in the past 5 years or 5 years in the past 10 years with a tractor trailer Ability to follow written and oral instructions, read and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures Responsibilities Ensure compliance with federal, state, and agency laws and guidelines Detect and eliminate or minimize safety hazards Maintain accurate records and logs Load/Unload freight or assist in loading/unloading of freight per customer requirements Perform other duties as assigned Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision after 30 days 80 hours PTO in the first year starting Day 1 Uniforms, cell phone & boot allowance provided Driver safety decisions, protected job 401(k) rollover available now with company match after 1 year 12 weeks paid maternity leave (eligibility based on tenure) Employee discounts on tools, vehicles, travel, tech & more Ryder is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug-Free workplace.
