BayHealth Hospital - Kent Campus in Dover, DE seeks an experienced Healthcare Finance Decision Support Manager to lead cost accounting, financial analysis, and strategic planning initiatives. You will manage cost accounting and service line profitability, work with STRATA for ROI/NPV/IRR analysis, publish P&Ls, and support the organization's performance improvement efforts. This onsite full‑time role requires a Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting, 10+ years of healthcare finance experience, and #J-18808-Ljbffr
