Make a lasting impact by supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant within a school setting. This is a full-time, onsite contract opportunity beginning as soon as possible and continuing through May 21, 2027. You’ll provide essential direct services to a caseload of 70-80 elementary students, working primarily in groups, and always under the guidance of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Texas SLPA license issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR)
• Experience or strong interest in working with elementary school-aged children
• Ability to implement therapy plans designed by supervising SLPs
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to maintaining accurate documentation as required by state and district guidelines

What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary students in group settings
• Follow therapy plans and goals established by a supervising Speech-Language Pathologist
• Document student progress and report findings to the SLP, teachers, and other team members
• Engage in regular supervision and feedback meetings with the SLP
• Support and encourage student participation and growth through compassionate and professional care
