We are seeking talented and passionate Stylists to join our dynamic team at SmartStyle! The ideal candidate will have a flair for creativity and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

As a Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering a range of hair services, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our salon. Your expertise in various styling techniques and ability to connect with clients will help create a welcoming and enjoyable experience.

• Complete required administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Valid current cosmetology license (Required).
• Ability to work in a dynamic salon environment.
• At least one year of experience in the Salon industry.
• Good time management skills, good judgment, and the ability to multitask.
• Mathematical skills to accurately compute and complete required functions.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (as needed).
• The position may require working alone in the salon.
• Ability to read and analyze various salon reports.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with Salon Leader, salon staff, Market Leader, Wal-Mart staff, YSG management, vendors, and customers.
