Compensation:$100,000+ at plan commission
Responsibilities:What You'll Do
As a Home Loan Specialist , you'll guide borrowers through the mortgage process while delivering exceptional service from initial consultation through closing.
Responsibilities include:
Consult with homebuyers to evaluate financing options
Educate clients on available mortgage products and loan programs
Collect and review financial documentation
Assist borrowers throughout the loan application process
Coordinate with loan processors, underwriters, and real estate professionals
Maintain regular communication with clients and referral partners
Ensure a smooth, timely, and positive lending experience
Build long-term client relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
What We're Looking For
We're seeking motivated mortgage professionals who are passionate about helping clients achieve homeownership.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in mortgage lending, loan origination, or residential lending
Strong understanding of mortgage products and the home financing process
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
