Job Description We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Analyst to join our team and work on the integration of an ETRM system . This role provides support to the Business Lead in analyzing, documenting and designing business processes and tools for a new ETRM tool implementation , and working closely with Middle office and Back office business stakeholders and IT developers. The candidate will help implement a new post-trade framework (Market Risk, P&L, Credit Risk, Accounting, Invoicing) while using existing modules. Role and responsibilities Collect and evaluate data to build business requirements and procedures Create and maintain functional specifications Draft process models and assist with training business stakeholders Create and maintain documentation Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as computer science, information technology or degree in a technical field Knowledge of the Power and Gas Energy Industry / ISO market trading Experience working in Market risk/P&L/Back Office is required. Knowledge of ETRM systems, Ochestrade ideally Relevant experience on partnership with FO/MO/BO users on IT projects Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint) Proficient with Windows operating systems.
