Responsibilities: Providing frontline support to customers regarding their claims Respond to inquiries, providing claim status updates, documenting customer interactions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction Answer incoming status calls and provide direction and/or answers to basic claim questions Verify injuries Promptly route incoming mail and faxes to the appropriate claims staff Direct inbound claim calls to the proper staff representative Qualifications: 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center, insurance, or related office environment Basic understanding of auto claims processes, preferred Able to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume environment High School diploma or equivalent Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish, preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Evolving Solution Services
