Sales Support Representative - Fire & Fabrication

Position Overview Ferguson is seeking a Sales Support Representative to support the Fire & Fabrication customer group. The role focuses on delivering personalized customer service, generating accurate quotations, managing sales orders, coordinating deliveries, and addressing customer inquiries. Schedule Monday– Friday, 7:00am– 3:30pm (overtime possible). Responsibilities Collaborate with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions. Ensure delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders. Coordinate customer deliveries. Answer sales calls for general information, resolving customer concerns or questions. Effectively use the customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system. Qualifications 0–3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred. Experience in fire protection, plumbing, or other trades is a plus. Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell. Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and making timely decisions. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and follow through on commitments. Highly motivated, customer‑service oriented, and relationship‑building mindset. General digital literacy, including Microsoft Office. Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes. Compensation Pay Range: $20.57 – $32.91 (monthly for salaried roles or hourly for all other roles). Bonus or incentive plan eligible.
