The RN provides direct patient care to adult and geriatric populations, addressing psychosocial, physical, and general aspects of care in the surgical environment. Responsibilities include continuous communication with physicians regarding patient conditions, and assistance with equipment maintenance, inventory management, and preparation of the procedure room and supplies for cardiovascular procedures. Responsibilities Monitor physiologic and hemodynamic data during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Continuously assess and document patients' conditions while in the Cardiovascular Lab. Participate in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement activities. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure BSN preferred. Active state Registered Nursing (RN) license required. Current BCLS (AHA) and ACLS certifications required upon hire and must be maintained. One year clinical experience in a Cardiovascular Lab or Critical Care area required. Assignment Duration 13‑week contract.
