Associate Full Desk Recruiter

Position Summary We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Full Desk Recruiter to join our New York City office. This is a high-growth opportunity for someone eager to launch their career in technical recruiting and account management. You will play an active role on both sides of the desk by sourcing candidates and building client relationships. With hands-on training, access to best-in-class tools, and a strong leadership team, you’ll have the support you need to grow into a high-performing full desk recruiter and trusted advisor to clients. Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and engage top-tier candidates across the Microsoft tech stack Coordinate interviews, prep candidates, and manage the hiring process end to end Build and manage a pipeline of qualified talent across key technical roles Create and maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS (Crelate) Work closely with internal teams to refine sourcing strategies and messaging Stay current on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring challenges in the ERP/CRM space Account Management & Business Development Help manage and grow existing client relationships through consistent communication and results Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and build tailored search strategies Submit qualified candidates and follow up to gather feedback and adjust approach Contribute to outreach efforts to identify new hiring managers and expand our client base Work closely with leadership to support proposals, pricing, and contract discussions Track and manage open jobs, candidate submissions, and placement activity What We Offer Best commissions in the industry with uncapped earning potential Health insurance assistance Unlimited PTO Hybrid office and remote flexibility Monthly lunch clubs Quarterly company events, happy hours, and team outings Monthly and quarterly performance incentives Clear path to growth, including leadership and team-building opportunities A supportive team culture that values ownership, ambition, and collaboration Training and mentorship from experienced full desk recruiters and founders This role is full-time onsite in the Midtown office.
