Job Summary:
Ideal Home Care Services is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Home Care Staffing Coordinator Bilingual/Spanish to join our team in Hauppauge, New York. As a vital member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of in-home care services to our clients. As a bilingual professional, you will communicate effectively with our staff, clients, and families, providing exceptional support and coordination from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
• Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with our clients, families, and caregivers, ensuring a personalized and empathetic approach to care.
• Staffing Coordination: Utilize your bilingual skills to facilitate effective communication with our staff and clients, ensuring timely and efficient coordination of home care services.
• Scheduling and Planning: Coordinate schedules, routes, and client needs, ensuring seamless delivery of care services and efficient use of resources.
• Service Coordination: Collaborate with healthcare professionals, therapists, and other service providers to ensure comprehensive care plans are implemented and monitored.
• Communication and Reporting: Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure timely and effective resolution of any issues.
Requirements:
Bilingual/Spanish: Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required for effective communication with clients, families, and staff.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and staff, providing exceptional customer service.
Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accurate records and reports are maintained.
