Description What You'll Do

• Conduct a range of routine and specialized clinical laboratory tests in chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more, adhering strictly to standard protocols.
• Evaluate test results for precision, address any discrepancies, and ensure proper maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments under your care.
• Assist in the collection of specimens and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all processes, mentor new team members or interns, and contribute to upholding quality assurance within the lab.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment while following all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree, alongside readiness for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Clinical Laboratory Science certification to be obtained within one year from the date of hire.
• Maintain valid certification throughout your employment with us.
