School-Based Physical Therapist - North Lakewood, Washington

Assignment dates span from September 2, 2026, through June 15, 2026. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of students motor and physical development for IEP and 504 planning. Develop individualized therapy schedules and deliver direct, indirect, and consultative PT services. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate and optimize student support. Serve students across five schools situated conveniently on a single campus in a small district setting. Required Qualifications and Experience: Washington State Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certificate as a Physical Therapist, or eligibility for certification. In-depth understanding of current PT best practices and evidence-based interventions. Preferred: Experience working with multilingual and culturally diverse student populations, teaching background, familiarity with public‑school settings, and a valid Washington State drivers license.
