House Manager / Nanny Position (Sudbury, MA)

Start Date: End of August Location: Sudbury, MA Schedule: Part-Time | Tuesday-Thursday 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM Compensation: $30–35 per hour Guaranteed hours: 21 Position Overview A warm and welcoming family in Sudbury is seeking a long-term Household Manager / After‑School Nanny to support their household and care for their two daughters, ages 6 and 8. This position is ideal for a proactive, organized, and self‑motivated professional who enjoys balancing household management responsibilities with engaging after‑school childcare. The ideal candidate will be a natural self‑starter who takes initiative, enjoys creating order, and genuinely loves working with children. Benefits One week paid vacation Two paid sick days Two paid personal days Three paid holidays Responsibilities Manage family laundry, including washing, folding, organizing, and putting away clothing and linens Maintain organization throughout the home, including children's bedrooms, playroom, and common areas Walk and care for two family dogs during the day Perform light household management duties to keep the home running smoothly Pick up children from school and transport them to activities, playdates, and dance classes as needed Supervise and engage children in age‑appropriate activities, homework support, and daily routines Monitor children while swimming and maintain a safe environment around the family's pool Communicate with parents regarding schedules, activities, and household needs Requirements Prior experience as a Household Manager, Family Assistant, or Nanny Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Comfortable transporting children Strong organizational and household management skills Comfortable caring for and walking dogs Must be able to swim and supervise children in and around water CPR and First Aid Certification #J-18808-Ljbffr Home Work Staffing
