Mental Health Therapist

About the Role We’re building a world of health around every individual, and we are looking for Licensed Clinical Therapists to join our team. This is a 40‑hour/week, fully remote position supporting patients 13 years and older. The ideal candidate must be a licensed LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Pennsylvania, and be willing to obtain additional state licensure as needed. Responsibilities Provide psychosocial support and education to patients ages 13+. Deliver evidence‑based care, including assessment and treatment planning, to support the continuity of care for patients. Practice at the top of your license with autonomy to grow your practice without the burden of payor contracting, credentialing, and billing. Collaborate with the clinical care team and document care in electronic health record systems. Engage patients through virtual therapy delivery as required. Required Qualifications Current, active, and unencumbered state license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Pennsylvania. Willingness to obtain additional state licenses based on business needs. Proven diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short‑term counseling skills using evidence‑based methodologies such as motivational interviewing, problem‑solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. Master’s degree from an accredited college or university. Preferred Qualifications Exceptional interpersonal and team skills. Experience with or willingness to learn virtual therapy delivery. Deep understanding of the psychosocial aspects of illness and health. Comfortable using EHR systems and engaging on multiple platforms. Understanding of insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare billing requirements. Strong crisis intervention skills. Previous experience in a mental health clinic or hospital setting. Education Completed Master’s degree program from an accredited college or university. Pay & Benefits Pay Range: $29.10 – $62.32 per hour (base hourly rate). The actual base salary offer will depend on experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range.
