This role requires afoundational understanding ofsubsidized housing programs and effective communication skillsto ensure accurateand timely assistance. Summaryof Key Responsibilities: Assistclients with the application process for subsidized housing programs (HCV, PH,LIHTC, etc.) Review and verify documentation to determineeligibility. Maintain accurate records of clientinteractions and case files. Provide information and support to clientsregarding program requirements and processes. Conduct client interviews to gather necessaryinformation. Ensure compliance with federal, state, andlocal regulations. Participate in team meetings and trainingessions. Requirements Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience Must complete specialist certification coursewithin 60 days of hire. (HCV, Public Housing, LIHTC, etc.) Minimum of 1 year of experience in subsidizedprograms eligibility required. Skills and Competencies Strong organizational and time managementskills.
