Qualifications & Skills:

• Background as a paraprofessional or experience working with children in educational settings
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and staff

• Flexibility to adapt to changing classroom scenarios
• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications are a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering lessons and classroom activities
• Provide direct support to students, including those with individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Foster an encouraging and respectful classroom environment
• Help implement educational and behavioral strategies as directed by certified staff
• Supervise students during classroom, lunch, and recreational periods
• Prepare or organize materials and resources for lessons
• Encourage student participation and help manage classroom behavior
