Schedule/Hours:

• Weekly orientation, starting Mondays

Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• BLS, ACLS, and all required Operating Room certifications (must be completed prior to start; additional certifications may be requested)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience preferred
• Ability to complete NM state fingerprinting/background check before or upon assignment start (14-day waiver may apply)
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, effective perioperative care in a dynamic OR setting
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal surgical outcomes
• Exhibit adaptability within inpatient and outpatient environments
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and patient advocacy
