Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• 3+ years of experience developing applications using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong experience configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.
• Hands-on experience developing custom plugins, workflows, integrations, and extensions.
• Experience building Power Apps (Model-Driven & Canvas Apps) and Power Automate solutions.
• Experience creating Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and relational database design.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs and web services.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and/or Azure certifications.
• Experience with grants management, financial systems, licensing, permitting, or case management applications.
• Experience working with state government or other public-sector organizations.
• Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD implementation.
• Experience working in cloud-hosted Microsoft environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, customize, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
• Configure Dynamics 365 entities, forms, dashboards, business process flows, business rules, security roles, and workflows.
• Develop custom solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Build and maintain Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps using Power Apps.
• Design and automate business processes using Power Automate.
• Develop executive dashboards, operational reports, and analytics using Power BI.
• Create custom plugins, workflow extensions, custom APIs, and web resources.
• Configure Microsoft Dataverse tables, relationships, security models, business rules, and data validation.
• Develop integrations with internal and external systems using REST APIs, SOAP services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Microsoft Graph.
• Participate in application architecture, solution design, code reviews, and technical planning.
• Support data migration, conversion, and system integration activities.
• Manage Development, Test, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
• Deploy solutions using Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance, and provide ongoing support.
• Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and architecture documentation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
• Ensure all solutions comply with security, accessibility, and State technology standards.
