General Ledger Assistant / Office Admin

We are looking for a General Ledger Assistant and Office Admin for our corporate headquarters.

The qualified candidate will perform general ledger accounting activities and help with clerical business filings for various branch locations

Responsibilities include:

• Journal entries
• General ledger account reconciliation
• Expense and account analysis, investigate variances and fluctuations
• Intercompany transactions and balances
• Foreign currency exchange
• Bank reconciliations
• Clerical filings such as business licenses or annual reports
• Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in the accounting field are required.

This self-motivated, team player must have strong accounting background with extreme attention to detail as well as a high degree of working knowledge using Excel and other Microsoft Office products.  A minimum of 3 years experience in accounting or a bachelors degree in accounting is required.
