Job Description

Job Summary:

Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to medical-surgical patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Ensure safe and effective patient treatment by coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and adhering to best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols.
• Monitor and document patient progress, alerting providers to any changes.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, infection control, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold a active and valid State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Possess a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in medical-surgical nursing.
• Demonstrate strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Maintain CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications.
• Ability to work efficiently in a demanding healthcare setting.
• Comply with facility and licensing requirements for ongoing credentialing.
