Investment Associate

This opportunity is with a rapidly growing, invitation-only investment community comprised of private investors, family offices, and private allocators focused on sharing investment opportunities, market insights, and relationships. The platform provides members with access to differentiated alternative and off-market deal flow, creating a collaborative environment to evaluate compelling opportunities across emerging sectors. The Investment Associate will support the platform’s core investment activities, with a focus on sourcing, evaluating, and executing private market opportunities across private credit, specialty finance, and private equity. Reporting to the Investment Principal, this individual will play a key role throughout the entire deal lifecycle, including origination, due diligence, investment analysis, execution, and ongoing communication with investors and deal sponsors. Key responsibilities include managing the investment pipeline, developing relationships within the investor community to identify new opportunities, conducting industry and company research, preparing recommendations for investment committee review, and coordinating deal-related information flow between sponsors, investors, and internal stakeholders. The role will also involve leveraging the expertise of the broader investment community by gathering market insights and soliciting feedback to support investment evaluation. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, an understanding of alternative investments, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
