Overview

We are a small private Outpatient clinic looking for a Bilingual (Spanish-English) Physical Therapist to join our team on a contracted part-time basis with the possibility of moving into a W2 position. We service primarily Worker's Comp patients, patients with chronic pain, as well as self-pay patients. . Evaluations are 1 hour, follow up visits 30 min, 8-hour work day with 1 hour for lunch.

Your expertise will help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life through personalized treatment plans. This position offers the opportunity to work with a multicultural team dedicated to excellence in patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assess and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Manage clinical documentation standards by accurately recording patient progress.
• Work with diverse and multicultural patient populations.

Skills

• Spanish Speaking
• Strong knowledge of pain education and management strategies.
• Excellent client communication skills to educate patients about their care plans and progress.
• Experience working with WebPT EMR preferable but not required
