Job Description

We are seeking a Japanese Bilingual Project Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project analysis, customer communications, and bilingual Japanese translation and a proven ability to deliver accurate analysis, support cross-functional initiatives, and manage customer-facing content .

Responsibilities:

• Provide project and analytical support across the assigned business line or functional area.
• Conduct research, analysis, review, and monitoring of new or revised products and services.
• Serve as a liaison with cross-functional partners and coordinate project deliverables.
• Translate and localize Japanese-language content, both written and spoken, for customer communications and internal use.
• Assess quarterly onboarding surveys and categorize Japanese-language responses to enable analysis.
• Support improvements to Japanese-language web pages and collateral materials.
• Distribute customer email communications, including webinar invitations, follow-ups, and outreach emails.
• Receive, acknowledge, route, and track customer tax forms with Tax Operations and conduct follow-ups.
• Perform data analysis and prepare findings and recommendations.
• Edit and review customer-facing collateral for accuracy and clarity.
• Conduct post-distribution monitoring and reporting for customer email campaigns.
• Handle and process customer correspondences with professionalism and accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Native-level Japanese with business proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking. English proficiency required.
• Detail orientation and accuracy in analysis and communications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Up to two years of related experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of the assigned business line or functional area. Financial services experience is not required.
• Well-developed organizational and analytical skills and basic project management knowledge.
• Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and analyze data to support decisions.
• Experience with customer communications and stakeholder coordination.

Additional Details:

• Work hours will be 30-35 per week. Candidates must acknowledge this schedule.
• Fully remote. Ability to visit the Los Angeles office is helpful but not required.
• Small team environment with two interview rounds, primarily in Japanese.
• Role expansion due to business growth.
