About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Product Manager for Core Receivables within its Transaction Banking Product division. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the multi-year digital transformation and expansion of the commercial and corporate transaction banking product suite. This role is pivotal in driving the planning, development, and management of products and services, with a focus on treasury solutions and global trade finance. The VP, Product Manager will be responsible for owning product-level roadmaps, acting as the voice of the client, and ensuring the delivery of client-centric, innovative solutions. A key aspect of the role is to stay abreast of the rapidly evolving payments market, including Fintech, and to gather and analyze market research to identify opportunities. Applicants for this role at the company should have a degree or a minimum of 5 years' of relevant product management experience in payments and transaction banking. The role requires an experienced payments product specialist with a strong knowledge of the Canadian, US, and international payments market, including various payment systems and emerging trends. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex product features to market, on time and within budget. They should be client-focused, with the ability to consult with clients and partners, and possess excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills. The role demands a self-starter with a firm grasp of Agile concepts and execution, and the ability to manage competing priorities while delivering high-quality results.
