Optometrist

Toyota Family Vision Center is seeking a motivated and patient -focused Optometrist to join our team 2-3 days per week. We are free libel and looking to create a schedule that works well for the right provider. Role Description This is a contract or W2 employee, on-site role for an Optometrist based in the San Antonio, Texas. The Optometrist will be responsible for performing comprehensive eye exams, diagnosing and managing ocular conditions, prescribing corrective lenses, and providing individualized care plans. The role also involves patient education, collaboration with other healthcare professionals, and maintaining thorough and accurate medical records. Competitive compensation. Patient schedule flexibility: choose between 20 - minute or 30 - minute appointment times. Qualifications Proficiency in performing comprehensive eye exams and diagnosing ocular conditions Skills in developing personalized treatment and management plans Expertise in prescribing corrective lenses, including glasses and contact lenses Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills Ability to maintain accurate and detailed medical records Licensed to practice optometry in the state of Texas Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree from an accredited institution Experience with modern optometric equipment and technologies is a plus Commitment to providing exceptional patient care in a team-oriented environment Malpractice insurance If interested, please message directly or send your CV/resume for consideration.
