We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Sales Associate to join our team and deliver an exceptional shopping experience to our customers in our Boston location. Responsibilities Engage guests as they enter the store and demonstrate our products in their hair, highlighting the various hairstyles they can achieve simply with our various jewelry items. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers, resolving issues, and creating a welcoming shopping environment. Ensure the store maintains a clean, organized, and visually appealing appearance. Qualifications Previous retail experience, preferably in hair-related products. Highly motivated, energetic, and empathetic. Loves interacting with people and creating connections. Strong at sales without being pushy. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
