Corporate Director of Food and Beverage

Job Overview Pacific Hospitality Group is a family‑focused company committed to long‑term value creation. The Corporate Director of Food and Beverage will lead and oversee all food and beverage operations across our portfolio of properties. Salary range $130,000 to $150,000. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Planning: develop and execute strategic initiatives for food and beverage services, ensuring alignment with company goals, create systems to maximize efficiency, set performance standards, stay updated with industry trends. Operational Management: oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, collaborate with location managers, conduct site visits. Financial Oversight & Budgeting: manage overall food and beverage budget, monitor costs, develop cost‑control strategies, analyze reports, use P&L management program. Team Leadership & Development: lead, mentor and manage managers and staff, establish training programs, foster a positive work environment. Menu Development & Innovation: oversee menu design, seasonal updates, collaborate with chefs, incorporate sustainability, use POS data analytics. Guest Experience & Quality Control: implement feedback mechanisms, resolve high‑level complaints, ensure consistent guest experience. Vendor Relations & Procurement: build and maintain supplier relationships, negotiate contracts. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field. Master’s degree is a plus. Experience: Minimum 8 years progressive food and beverage management, with at least 3 years in corporate or multi‑location leadership. Preference for hotel experience and culinary leadership. Skills: Strong leadership, team management, excellent communication, deep knowledge of food and beverage trends, budgeting, financial analysis, cost control, ability to work under pressure, negotiation with suppliers. Certifications: Food safety and health certifications (e.g., ServSafe) preferred. Work Environment & Conditions Frequent travel within the company’s portfolio. Flexibility in working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
