Physical Therapist (PT) — Per Diem Avir at Montana 10350 Montana Avenue El Paso, TX 79936 Job Summary Avir at Montana is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team on a per diem basis . The Physical Therapist will provide high-quality, individualized rehabilitation services to residents, with an emphasis on improving mobility, strength, balance, functional independence, and overall quality of life. The ideal candidate is dependable, patient-centered, and committed to delivering excellent care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities Evaluate residents and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans. Provide skilled physical therapy interventions based on each resident’s needs, condition, and goals. Perform therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance training, transfer training, and functional mobility interventions. Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate. Educate residents, families, and caregivers regarding therapy programs, exercises, mobility, and safety. Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.
