If you're eager for your next opportunity, Imperial Brady is a great place to take that next step.The Warehouse Lead Associate role requires a strong safety mindset and the ability to set an example for a culture of safety excellence and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.The schedule for this position is Sunday night to Thursday night 5:00pm-1:30am.You will:Train new selectors on the selection processTrain warehouse employees and others regarding safety-related issuesAudit pallets and workAssist with loading, inspecting, and ensuring proper load quality.Collaborate with the supervisor to cover the desk when necessaryInvestigate incidents, accidents, and work-related injuriesPrepare and submit accident-related compliance forms and maintain filesDevelop various safety reports and cost-saving recommendationsDevelop employees engaged in safety, training, and/or compliance processes.You have:3 years of Warehouse Distribution experienceSupervisory experience preferredSit-Down and Stand-Up Forklift experience preferredRF Scanner experience preferredHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalentWe offer a dynamic environment for our more than 13,000 employees to work, learn, and grow professionally.
