About the Role:

The Reunification & Family Time Clinician plays a critical role in supporting families during the reunification process, ensuring that children can safely return to their families while maintaining their well-being. This position involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and facilitating family time sessions that promote healthy interactions and relationships. The clinician will work closely with various stakeholders, including social workers, families, and community resources, to create a supportive environment for reunification. By providing therapeutic support and guidance, the clinician aims to strengthen family dynamics and address any underlying issues that may hinder the reunification process. Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Valid clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) in the state of practice.
• Experience working with families in crisis or child welfare settings.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in trauma-informed care or family therapy.
• Experience with evidence-based practices related to family reunification.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and another language.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of families to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs of each family.
• Facilitate family time sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for children and their caregivers.
• Collaborate with social workers, legal representatives, and other professionals to coordinate services and resources for families.
• Monitor and document progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
