We are seeking a VP of Implementation & Support to lead effective service delivery and customer success through our innovative ServiceNow products in a fully remote capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader passionate about fostering collaboration and driving results.

Key responsibilities and skills include:

- Proven leadership experience in implementation and support roles, ideally within the technology sector.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow products, including configuration and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to develop strategic plans that enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality support and implementation services.
