Schedule: Monday-Friday, Various shifts between 9:00 AM- 7:00 PM EST

Pay - $19/hr - $21/hr

About the Role

One of our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative III to support its Health Benefits Solutions team. You will assist consumers with their Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), providing accurate information and resolving account-related inquiries in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to HSA accounts, claims, debit cards, password resets, lost/stolen cards, and statements .
• Navigate multiple systems while maintaining an engaging and professional customer interaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions and account information.
• Resolve and de-escalate complex customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Handle confidential and sensitive customer information responsibly.
• Work collaboratively with management and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Adapt to changing priorities and perform effectively in a high-volume environment.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience , preferably in a call center or high-volume environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent grammar.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint .
• Ability to multitask across multiple systems while accurately documenting information.
• Strong problem-solving, customer service, and de-escalation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a constantly changing environment.
• Professional, positive, self-motivated, and receptive to coaching.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality are required.
