Facility:
This healthcare facility is part of a well-established health system serving a regional area with 25 clinics and 5 hospitals. The facility features a recently remodeled Labor and Delivery Unit with Level III NICU, subspecialty support including MFM providers with genetic counseling, OB diabetic educators, and Urogynecology physicians on site.

Opportunity:
Physician - OB/GYN Hospitalist

Job Details:
• 0.6 FTE position providing 24/7 in-house obstetric coverage for labor & delivery, triage, and emergency OB care
• Join established team of MDs, NPs, and CNMs in rapidly growing community with approximately 1,300 deliveries per year
• Manage high-risk pregnancies, obstetric emergencies, and unassigned/ED obstetric patients
• Perform vaginal deliveries, operative vaginal deliveries, and cesarean sections as primary surgeon
• Collaborate closely with midwives, community OB/GYNs, anesthesia, pediatrics, and nursing teams
• Respond to OB/GYN consults from other hospital departments and round on post-op patients
• Perform minor GYN procedures/surgeries including D&C, diagnostic laparoscopy, and management of early pregnancy loss/ectopic pregnancy
• Call schedule includes weekdays and weekends with 24-hour call shifts (8am to 8am)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN required
• Access to established Gynecologic Oncology support and subspecialty services

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
