Overview We are hiring a CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating and working with CNC mills and lathes to produce precision parts in a production environment. Responsibilities Operate/setup CNC mills and lathes Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings Perform machining operations and inspect finished parts Use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers Make tooling, offset, and machine adjustments as needed Follow quality, safety, and production standards Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting Requirements Experience operating CNC mills and/or lathes in manufacturing CNC setup and/or programming experience preferred Ability to read blueprints Knowledge of precision measuring instruments Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Team player with good computer/technical skills High school diploma/GED and valid driver’s license Proficiencies CNC Tooling CNC Programming CNC Machine Setup & Changeover Compensation Pay & Schedule: 1st Shift: $25.00/hr; 2nd Shift: $26.50/hr.
