Follow the Client's Service Plan. Duties include but are not limited to, bathing (bed, tub, and/or sponge) shower; toiletry, grooming,shaving, dental care, dressing, and eating - proper nutrition, home management, light housekeeping, ambulation, and transfer,taking vital signs, and arranging and accompanying the client to the doctor, picking up prescriptions, documentation of client's foodand liquid intake and output, medication reminders, changing diapers, emptying Foley catheter, basic first aid and CPR, range ofmotion, in-home emergencies, infection control, maintaining Client's confidentiality, and providing watchful oversight of the Client.2. Observe and report on any needs, changes in the Client's condition, or any other problems that may affect the Client toSupervisor.3. Document all changes or problems on the Task Sheet.4. Demonstrate competency in meal preparation and clean-up, homemaking and laundry, Mobility and walking assistanceKitchen and bathroom maintenance5. Toileting and personal hygiene assistance6.
