The Staff Pad is seeking a full-time OB/GYN Physician to join a physician-led healthcare organization in the Dallas/Fort Worth area of Texas. Practice Info Well-established and growing practice Established patient base with consistent referral flow Mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient responsibilities Access to modern facilities, surgical suites, and advanced technology Collaborative team of physicians, APPs, and support staff Responsibilities Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care, including prenatal, delivery, and gynecologic services Perform surgical procedures as needed Manage patient care across clinic and hospital settings Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure quality outcomes Maintain accurate and timely documentation Compensation ~$450,000 year 1 guarantee ~ Sign On/Start Date/Retention Bonus - up to $90,000 ~ Competitive base salary + productivity incentives ($450k guarantee year 1) Benefits Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, retirement) Paid malpractice coverage PTO and CME allowance Requirements MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology Active or eligible for Texas medical license Strong clinical and surgical skillset Commitment to patient-centered care and team collaboration
