R+H Aesthetic Medicine is a premier, physician-led aesthetic medical practice serving Northern California. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant to join our growing Roseville team. We are open to either a part-time or full-time arrangement, with a schedule based on the provider’s experience, availability, patient demand, and mutual fit. Providers joining R+H can expect ongoing education in facial anatomy, injection technique, treatment planning, complication management, and appropriate device-based treatments. R+H is also expanding its expertise in aesthetic ultrasound and incorporating it into facial anatomy assessment, procedural planning, and the evaluation and management of filler-related complications. Qualified providers will have opportunities for structured education and hands-on ultrasound training appropriate to their licensure and scope of practice. Prior ultrasound experience is not required. Our goal is to help excellent clinicians continue developing their judgment, confidence, technical ability, and understanding of aesthetic medicine. About the Position Strong injectable experience, particularly with dermal fillers, is our highest priority. We are looking for a provider who is already comfortable treating patients independently with aesthetic injectables. Experience with every treatment or device offered by R+H is not required, and training may be provided for an otherwise qualified candidate. Depending on the provider’s experience, responsibilities may include: Sculptra and other biostimulatory treatments RF microneedling IPL and other light-based treatments Laser hair removal Body-contouring treatments Chemical peels and skincare recommendations Comprehensive aesthetic consultations and treatment planning Patient education and appropriate clinical follow-up What We Are Looking For Is a safe, confident, and skilled injector Produces consistently natural, high-quality results Demonstrates sound clinical judgment and appropriate restraint Has a warm, thoughtful, and professional demeanor Builds trust and lasting relationships with patients Communicates clearly and provides thorough patient education Is receptive to feedback and enthusiastic about continued learning Works collaboratively and contributes positively to team culture Is attentive to detail, reliable, punctual, and dependable We are looking for an experienced provider who is already clinically capable but remains curious, humble, and motivated to grow. Qualifications Current and unrestricted California RN, NP, or PA license At least one year of hands-on dermal filler injection experience required Two or more years of hands-on aesthetic provider experience required Compensation and Benefits $65.00–$85.00 per hour, depending on licensure, experience, and procedural proficiency Part-time or full-time opportunity Malpractice coverage Advanced clinical education, including aesthetic ultrasound training Continuing-education and professional-development support Employee treatment and skincare benefits Paid sick leave in accordance with applicable law Health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and retirement-plan participation for eligible employees Schedule Generally two to five weekdays per week, depending on provider availability and the needs of the practice.
